Every time we walk in we are instantly greeted and given the best, quality experience. My fiance bought my engagement ring first, and now we have our wedding bands. The help I received was 10/10 especially since I can be so indecisive It always smells amazing and you can’t beat family owned!

For years I have been looking for a gold cross and chain. My wife and her parents went to The Diamond Mine a few weeks ago to look at some jewelry which they were all satisfied with and purchased. More importantly, my wife informed me how professional and knowledgeable this family owned business was.
I decided to stop by with my wife a few days ago and it was a great experience. Jeff greeted us as we walked in and asked how he could assist. We informed him that we were looking for a new cross. Jeff pointed us in the right direction and displayed all of the crosses that they had. I chose the cross that i wanted and inquired about a chain. Jeff was knowledgeable on the appropriate size and gave us a brief rundown on the quality and shape of the chain.

This was my first time going to The Diamond Mine and I had the best experience. I recently got engaged and my ring was just a touch too small so I called them and not only was the place super relaxing and had good vibes. But Rob was super sweet and gave me really helpful suggestions to sizing. He had it resized for me at the store and I was out in 20-25 minutes. The customer service at this place was immaculate I will definitely be going back.
